CASE® Network grows

At the Learning Impact conference sponsored by 1EdTech™ in June 2025, Google for Education announced their full fledged support of the expansion and use of CASE®.

  • Google’s support came in the form of additional funding for Common Good Learning Tools to provide the service of converting PDF documents into CASE for 4 new subject areas - Computer Science, World Languages, Physical Education, and Health Education to fill in all 50 states on the CASE Network.

  • Additionally, international standards from Australia, Canada, and beyond will also be coded into CASE. Registered users can sign up for notification updates here.

With this expansion of CASE every university, district, school, and educator across the U.S. now has free, open access to a total of 9 subject areas for their state’s PK-12 standards in an interoperable format that they can easily view, crosswalk, export, and import into other online systems. International schools will also see their access grow.

  • Registering for CASE Network, which is a joint collaboration between 1EdTech and CGLT, is free to not-for-profit organizations and only costs a small fee for companies.

  • The companies that register help support the services provided for those states not yet publishing in CASE and the fees collected are reinvested into serving more issuing agencies. Read more about the network from 1EdTech here.
