GaDOE Inspire Wins 2025 SETDA State Achievement Award

We are thrilled to celebrate our partner, the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE), whose Inspire platform, a customized version of Cureum, has been honored with the SETDA State Achievement Award. The award was announced at the SETDA Leadership Summit Awards Dinner on November 4, 2025, in Washington, D.C.

Recognizing Innovation and Impact

The SETDA State Achievement Award recognizes outstanding state initiatives that demonstrate impact, innovation, equity, and efficiency in educational technology. Inspire stood out for its alignment with SETDA’s priorities and its ability to meet the diverse needs of Georgia’s educators and students.

Dana, who accepted the award on behalf of Common Good Learning Tools, the Offices of Technology Services, and Teaching and Learning, shared, “It was an honor to accept this award at the 2025 SETDA summit last week. GaDOE Inspire truly embodies collaboration, and this award is a testament to that.”

A Platform Making a Difference

To date, GaDOE Inspire has been accessed by over 3.5 million educators, demonstrating its widespread adoption and utility. In the 2024-2025 school year alone, resources from the Mathematics team were the most accessed, with over 1.3 million educators utilizing content aligned to Georgia’s learning standards. The platform’s intuitive design and centralized access to instructional materials have made it easier for educators to meet diverse learner needs. Notably, the 2024–2025 Georgia Milestones assessment results showed gains in Mathematics, as well as improvements in Science and Social Studies—evidence that Inspire is helping drive student success across the state.

Equity at the Core

GaDOE Inspire is a free, statewide digital instructional resource hub designed to support all Georgia educators, regardless of district size, location, or available local curriculum support. With over 1,100 ready-to-teach resources spanning core content areas, fine arts, world languages, computer science, and health/PE, Inspire ensures that educators in rural districts can deliver standards-aligned, engaging instruction on par with their metro counterparts.

What Educators Are Saying

“I’ve found the GaInspire platform to be a powerful resource that brings everything together in one place, making it an easy and effective starting point. It allows me to better support instructional goals as I work alongside schools and districts, and I value knowing that my collaboration, whether through instructional technology or GaConnects tools, is not only aligned, but efficient and designed to support educators with the intention of the standards.”

Kawanna Jones, Director of Technology, Southwest Georgia RESA

“The GADOE Inspire platform has been an invaluable resource for districts in the Northeast Georgia RESA region. Teachers consistently share that Inspire brings everything they need into one place. It helps them stay organized and easily access standards, lessons, and aligned resources. The collaboration features are especially impactful. Teachers value the ability to connect with one another, share ideas, and build stronger instructional practices together. Inspire has truly become a tool that not only saves time but also fosters meaningful professional collaboration.”

Shonna Foster, Instructional Technology & Digital Learning Director, Northeast GA RESA
